I’m sure you’re all swamped with shopping, traveling, cooking, cleaning, and kid wrangling so I will make this short and sweet.
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite days of the year because it reminds us to count our blessings. Things don’t seem so difficult when we realize how blessed we are, in between bites of mashed potatoes. So here’s my short list of what and who I am grateful for, starting with my mother and her incredible cooking, specifically her carrot ring. In addition to my family and friends, I’m thankful for you, my readers, for allowing me to share my thoughts every week.
For those of you spending time with your families, be sure to enjoy every bite, overindulging in love and all of the things that nourish your soul.
