Rolfing, or Structural Integration, is a systematized form of manipulation of the body's soft tissue. This gives length to the body, releasing tension, reducing inflammation and pain, and increasing mobility, movement, and healing. Especially helpful for those with issues that restrict movement - burn patients, scoliosis, athletic injuries and pregnancy.
