Business Spotlight: Fairy Tale Concierge

Need Help Planning Your Next Vacation?

July 10, 2014

“There’s a whole world at your feet.” – Mary Poppins

Ah, the art of travel. First, we think about where we want to go; what kind of vacation do I want to have? Then, we have to figure out how to get there; do I drive, float or fly? Where to stay when we get there; do you think the sheets will be soft? Where to eat when we are there; do you think the food will be weird? What to do while we are there; is underwater knitting really an activity? And finally, everyone’s favorite – what to pack; what do you mean its cold there in the summer?

Hi! I’m Katie, your local travel agent with Fairy Tale Concierge! As your travel agent, I will take all of the hassle and stress out of planning your vacation so all you have to focus on is enjoying moments with your family and making memories to last a lifetime.

Fairy Tale Concierge is a full service travel agency with a specialization in Disney (Disney Parks and Resorts, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and Aulani). As a graduate of Disney’s College of Knowledge, I can answer any question you have about how to plan your Disney experience. But don’t fret – weekend getaways, all-inclusives, cruise lines and beyond are all available to you as well.

World famous for its customer service and attention to detail, at Disney, nothing is forgotten or overlooked. Always greeting with a friendly smile, Disney Cast Members go the extra mile to make sure that each and every guest is treated to the Disney Experience. The introduction of MagicBands make your trip easier, storing everything from your room key to your credit card – they can even be customized to your taste! Disney Imagineers have creatively found a way to extend popular attractions with interactive entrances and wait lines ultimately expanding the ride/attraction experience. And with the recent completion of the largest refurbishment in Disney history and opening of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, this crowning jewel of the new Fantasyland at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida is not to be missed. But, the magic of Disney is not just within the parks. It’s in the middle of the ocean with Disney Cruise Line, it’s experiencing a dude ranch in Wyoming with Adventures by Disney and it’s in the excitement of your child’s face in the fun they’ll have at Aunty’s Beach House at Aulani. It’s within each Cast Member, each resort and each dining experience, no matter what type of restaurant. And speaking of dining, the choices are endless. Foodies will rave over the delicious options at restaurant selections and relish in the variety of tasty treats within the World Showcase at Epcot. Traveling with someone who has a food allergy or special dietary requests? No problem! Many Disney dining options offer accommodations for those individuals. Depending on where you prepare to dine (dining reservations can be made 180 days before you arrive), many Disney restaurants offer culinary options for common food allergies (gluten, lactose, peanuts, shellfish, etc.) as well as no-sugar added, low-fat, low-sodium and vegetarian options. However, anything beyond the common allergy (metabolic disorder) or a more severe common allergy or multiple allergies, guest are encouraged to contact Walt Disney World at least 14 days prior to their arrival and after booking all dining arrangements for their trip.

Always dreamed of staying at an all-inclusive on the beach in Cozumel and visiting Mayan ruins, or having a cocktail on the Rising Tide Bar while cruising on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas, or perhaps having tea in England and shopping for scarves? Looking to make family memories through the adventure of travel, entertainment and one of a kind experiences? Whether you prefer a weekend getaway or a week-long dream vacation, I can make it happen!

So come on and be like a pirate – adventure awaits! Contact me today to see what travel options are waiting for you!
